Instruction
For Members
Aikido is a dynamic martial art based on harmony and reconciliation. Aikido techniques reflect the waves, spirals and rotations of nature and are designed to protect life and end cycles of violence. Training integrates mind, body and spirit, shifting fight/flight reflexes into conscious response. People of all ages are enriched by this noncompetitive martial path of beauty, power and balance.
We take COVID-19 pandemic very seriously. To ensure the safety and comfort of all training participants and members we are operating with a staged system that will be adjusted as case numbers in Missoula County fluctuate. Classes must be reserved in advance. We are not accepting students or observers on a drop-in basis at this time.
See our getting started page for information.
